William Partlett

William Partlett is an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne Law School, a Director of the Centre for Comparative Constitutional Studies and Stephen Charles Fellow at the Centre for Public Integrity. He writes and teaches in the field of public law. He holds degrees from Stanford Law School, Oxford University and Princeton University. He has taught at Columbia Law School and was a Fellow at the Brookings Institution. His most recent book, co-authored with Professor Rosalind Dixon, The People's Guide to the Australian Constitution demonstrates how the Australian Constitution empowers the Australian people to participate in their democracy.
