Sofi Oksanen

One of the most awarded literary authors in Scandinavia, Finnish Estonian novelist, librettist and playwright Sofi Oksanen is an icon of her field whose work has been translated into 46 languages and sold more than two million copies worldwide. Called a "literary phenomenon" by The Times, Sofi has since published her international breakthrough novel, Purge, proving time and again that she is a mistress of human drama, incorporating historical and contemporary issues that move the reader.
