Moreno Giovannoni

Moreno Giovannoni is the author of the critically acclaimed The Fireflies of Autumn. His essay The Percheron was published in Southerly and selected for The Best Australian Essays in 2014. He was the recipient of the prestigious Deborah Cass Prize in 2016. His latest book, The Immigrants, was shortlisted for the 2026 Victorian Premier's Award for Literature.

He has translated Greta's Story: The Schoolgirl Who Went on Strike to Save the Planet, and 365 Real Life Superheroes, both by Valentina Camerini.
