Mark Chester Harding

Mark Chester Harding is a freelance illustrator and musician based in Sydney. He loves illustrating moments in time, particularly stories from the Australian bush.

Mark has illustrated for The National and The Betoota Advocate. In 2025 he illustrated his first children’s book Beyond the Shore written by Kirli Saunders OAM and published through Scholastic Australia. His work has been exhibited at aMBUSH Gallery, Sydney (2019), Tallwood Gallery, Mollymook (2019), Liverpool and Blacktown Hospitals (2021) and aMBUSH at Liberty Place (2022).

Mark is one half of Cooee Music.
