Lucy Tweed is a Sydney-based food writer and food and events stylist. She has worked in food styling, menu creation, travel writing and art direction for Merivale, Smeg, Westinghouse, Gourmet Traveller, SBS, Bauer Media, Vic's Meats and many more. She runs workshops and VIP dinners on food styling and photography. In her spare time, she creates recipes. Lucy has published two books based on her Instagram account, @everynightoftheweek, which takes a humorous and relaxed approach to getting delicious family food on the table with zero tolerance to bland. Her second book, published in May 2024, is vegetarian and solves the problem of how to eat meat-free beyond Monday.
