Lloyd Vogelman

Dr Lloyd Vogelman is the founder and Director of the Corteks Company, a global boutique consultancy. He works with CEOs and senior executives of some of the world's largest companies in Australia and globally. Lloyd qualified as a clinical psychologist and received his doctorate from the University of London, focusing on the dynamics of group extremism. He has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University and visiting Professor at De Paul University in Chicago, as well as a guest speaker at numerous conferences throughout the world. In South Africa, Lloyd was a member of the regional executive of the UDF which was a non-racial front of approximately 600 Anti-Apartheid organisations and banned by the Apartheid government. He was also the founder and director of the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation. The Centre established one of the largest trauma centres for victims of Apartheid violence. Lloyd describes himself as a recovering extremist, who’s passionate about our potential to change our minds.
