Eleanor Limprecht

Eleanor Limprecht is the author of three novels: The Passengers, Long Bay and What Was Left. The Passengers is the story of an Australian war bride who marries an American GI during World War II and travels to the US on one of the 'bride ships' in 1946. Eleanor also writes short fiction, book reviews and essays which have been published in various places, including Best Australian Stories. When not writing she teaches as a casual academic at UTS.
