Cat Rodie

Australian

Cat Rodie is a neurodivergent journalist. When she was 12, a teacher told her that she would never be a writer because she “could barely string a sentence together”. She went on to prove her wrong, writing for publications such as Australian Women's Weekly, Sunday Life, The Saturday Paper and Marie Claire. She is the founder of The School News Project, partnering with public primary schools to establish and run student-led school newspapers, and an ambassador for the Code Red Dyslexia Network. She still can't spell.
