Brian Yatman

Brian Yatman grew up in western Sydney and is employed as a research librarian for The Sydney Morning Herald. He has compiled weekday quizzes for The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age since 2014 and for the Good Weekend since July 2023. He's had articles published in The Sydney Morning Herald and book and film reviews in Metro Magazine. In 2011, his short story, 'The Magpie Lucky Dip', won the Banjo Paterson Writing Award. His band Lost in the Woods is set to release a fourth album later this year. Brian lives in the Blue Mountains with his wife and daughter (and greyhound).
