Aura Parker

Aura Parker is an Australian illustrator, writer and designer whose storytelling inspires imagination, courage and confidence in young readers as well as a love, curiosity and passion for nature. Aura's latest picture book, Bowerbird Blues has been chosen for ALIA National Simultaneous Storytime 2024 and will be read by more than 2 million people at the same time. Aura illustrates her picture books in watercolour, pen and coloured pencil combining traditional and digital techniques. Her work is joyful with a playful sense of humour, brimming with details to explore.
