Bus: Bus routes 423, 426, 428, 352, 370 stop on City Road at Codrington Street, a 5-minute walk from Carriageworks.
Bike: There are bike lanes on nearby streets and bike racks on Wilson Street at the the top of the stairs, near the main entrance.

The accessible parking and taxi entrance is at 229 Wilson Street, corner of Queen Street. Limited time-zone parking is available for a fee in the surrounding area.
Paid parking is available at Shepherd Street Carpark in Darlington, a 10-minute walk to Carriageworks, along with some weekend paid parking within the University of Sydney campus.
