William Clapton is a senior lecturer in International Relations at UNSW Sydney. He is the author of Risk and Hierarchy in International Society: Liberal Interventionism in the Post-Cold War Era and has published articles in International Relations, Politics, International Politics and the Australian Journal of International Affairs. His current research interests include Australian foreign policy in the Indo-Pacific region, security and risk, the immigration policies of the Trump administration, and popular culture and world politics.
