Brian Edwards is a proud Wiradjuri man who grew up in the inner west of Sydney. He lost his eyesight at the age of 19 but he didn’t let it affect him. Since losing his vision he has become a proud father. He works in the disability sector as a local area coordinator for the NDIS, where he is passionate about people with disability living life to the fullest and deserving a fair go without encountering the stigma of having a disability in society. He enjoys interaction with others and getting out and having a go. He currently plays for the Australian blind cricket team who he has represented overseas.
