Carla Fitzgerald is a writer and recovered lawyer from Sydney. Her picture book, Keeping Up with the Dachshunds and her middle-grade novel, How to be Prime Minister and Survive Grade Five were published in 2022. She is a Books in Homes role model and a tutor at the Australian Writers’ Centre. Her favourite things to do are read, write, eat, walk and hang out with her family (not necessarily in that order).
