Train
Carriageworks is an 8-minute walk from Redfern Station. Macdonaldtown Station is a 10-minute walk; take the Inner West line from Central. Newtown Station on King Street is a 15-minute walk directly along Wilson Street; take the Inner West line from Wynyard, Town Hall, Central, Circular Quay or St James.
Bus
The closest stop is on King Street (near the Queen Street intersection); a five minute walk. From Central, take Newtown buses 423, 426 or 428. Nearest stop is at Codrington Street at City Road, approximately a 5-minute walk to Carriageworks.
Parking
The accessible parking and taxi entrance is at 229 Wilson Street, corner of Queen Street. Limited time-zone parking is available for a fee in the surrounding area. Unrestricted on-street parking is available in the evening on the southern side of Wilson Street, between Golden Grove and Ivy Street, and surrounding streets where applicable
Paid parking is available at Shepherd Street Carpark in Darlington, a 10 minute walk to Carriageworks, along with some weekend Paid parking within the University of Sydney campus.
Bicycle
There are bike lanes on surrounding streets, and plenty of bike racks on site
