Rick Morton (Australian)
Rick Morton is an award-winning journalist and author of three non-fiction books. My Year Of Living Vulnerably (Fourth Estate, 2021) documents the rediscovery of love after a Complex PTSD diagnosis. His debut memoir, One Hundred Years of Dirt (MUP, 2018), became a national bestseller and was a finalist in multiple awards. He is also the author of On Money (Hachette, 2020). Rick is a senior reporter at The Saturday Paper where he covers social policy, national affairs and science.
Ariel Bogle (Australian)
Ariel Bogle is an analyst with ASPI’s International Cyber Policy Centre, where she researches online influence and disinformation campaigns, among other topics. Most recently, she was a technology reporter with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. She has won various awards for her work, including for a 2020 Radio National series on health misinformation. She was also technology editor at The Conversation and associate editor with Future Tense, a partnership of Slate, New America and Arizona State University. Her reporting has been published in The New York Times, The Guardian, The Atlantic and Slate.

He has worked as an editor at the ABC and was an award-winning reporter with the flagship audio documentary program Background Briefing. He has judged the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards and is writing a book on race in Australia with Penguin Random House.
