The Lady and the Unicorn tapestries have long inspired poets and writers, from George Sand to Rainer Maria Rilke. In an exclusive and intimate encounter with the artworks, hear Australian poets perform original work kindled by The Lady and the Unicorn and its rich embodiment of medieval imagery. A series of poetic performances will ignite the senses and resurrect the spirit of these celebrated tapestries.

Presented in association with the Art Gallery of New South Wales and Red Room Poetry.
