Editing can be one of the most rewarding creative processes and Penguin Random House Commissioning Editor Lex Hirst will show you how to get the most out of it. This practical workshop for writers is an introduction to the editorial process at a book publishing house, including what to expect from an editorial relationship, tips for working on a structural edit, copyedit and proofread, and some insider tricks to help you push your work to the next level.
On receipt of booking, we will ask you to confirm any special requirements, including access needs. While not all rooms in Science House are fully accessible, we are committed to ensuring that all participants can attend all workshops.
With thanks to NYU Sydney.
