Kathryn Heyman is the author of six novels and several works for stage and radio. Her awards include the Arts Council of England Writers Award, the Wingate Award, and the Southern Arts Award; her work has been nominated for awards including the Orange Prize, Scottish Writer of the Year Award, WA Premier’s Literary Award, and the Kibble Prize. Kathryn has taught writing all over the world and is the director of the Australian Writers Mentoring Program.
