Join host of ABC TV’s One Plus One and former China correspondent Jane Hutcheon as she discusses China Baby Love, her book about Linda McCarthy Shum, who turned her life upside down to help unwanted babies. For almost two decades, McCarthy Shum has dedicated herself to her cause, travelling and raising money to better care for the orphans – the hidden human aftermath of China’s one-child policy. It’s an extraordinary account of the abandoned children of the world’s most populous nation.
