The Best of Adam Sharp is the new novel from Graeme Simsion, author of the international bestsellers The Rosie Project and The Rosie Effect. Adam Sharp, on the cusp of 50, has a loyal partner and a good job, and is the music-trivia expert at quiz nights. But something’s missing from his life. A past love gets in touch and his world changes. In conversation with Jon Page, Graeme discusses his story of love, music and coming to terms with the past.
Graeme Simsion (Australian)
At the age of fifty, Graeme Simsion enrolled in a course in screenwriting at RMIT. It took him five years to work out that most movies were adaptations of bestselling novels. So he reverse-adapted his screenplay as a novel. The Rosie Project was ABIA book of the year in 2014. He followed with three more international bestsellers: The Rosie Effect, The Best of Adam Sharp and Two Steps Forward (with Anne Buist). His latest book is The Rosie Result.
