Decades on from the sexual revolution, women’s sexuality is still regarded with a mixture of detachment and bewilderment. Karen Pickering’s anthology Doing It celebrates women taking control of their sexual lives, allowing women writers to reflect on and celebrate sexuality in all its exuberant and diverse incarnations. Featuring queer sex worker Tilly Lawless and pop culture commentator Maria Lewis, with moderator Krissy Kneen, expect this session to be a candid and confessional discussion of sex, societal expectations, empowerment and feminism.
