Trish Young was born in Auckland, NZ. Ever since she can remember, she’s been writing songs. She picked up a guitar when she was twelve and taught herself bass by playing the bottom four strings. She’s been a cook on a cargo ship, has backpacked through Patagonia, is raising two sons and is recovering from a nasty bout of cancer.
She lives in Sydney and plays in The Clouds. Meeting Jodi Phillis changed her life. She regrets her children can’t pronounce fish and chips.
