This information relates to online payments for private donations and membership fees for the Friends of the Sydney Writers' Festival.

Credit cards accepted
We accept Mastercard and Visa cards.

Refund policy
Refunds will only be issued in extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of Sydney Writers’ Festival.
 
Tax Invoices
When you submit the online form,  you can select to receive a receipt.
A tax invoice will be emailed to you shortly after your payment is made.

GST
Friends payments include 10% GST, private donations are GST free.

Friends Membership Cards
You will receive your Friends membership card in the post within 10 working days. Your membership number and booking information will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Payment Security
You will be transferred to a secure Westpac site for payment. Your credit card details will be protected using 128-bit SSL encryption and will not be stored by Sydney Writers’ Festival.

Export Policy
Online payments can only be accepted from Australian residents.
