Two legendary Australian entertainers - 2008 Helpmann Award nominee Julia Morris and actor, director, producer and writer Graeme Blundell - trade tales from their memoirs and talk about making their private lives public. Chaired by Lucinda Holdforth.

JULIA MORRIS is a comedian who got her big break alongside Eric Bana on the classic sketch show Full Frontal and went on to appear in shows like Beauty and the Beast, Gladiators, The Midday Show, Who Dares Wins and Good Morning Austraila. From 2000, Julia spent eight years in the UK with great success, working with the likes of Stephen Fry, Catherine Tate and Dame Edna. Since her return, Julia has featured in shows like Good News Week, Sunrise and Thank God You’re Here. She even won the third series of Channel 7’s show It Takes Two with opera superstar David Hobson. Don’t You Know Who I Used To Be? is Julia’s first book.

LUCINDA HOLDFORTH (LOCAL)
LUCINDA HOLDFORTH lives in Sydney with her husband. Her first book, True Pleasures: A Memoir of Women in Paris, was published in Australia in 2004 and North America in 2005. Her latest book is Why Manners Matter: The Case for Civilised Behaviour in a Barbarous World.


GRAEME BLUNDELL (LOCAL)Blundell, Graeme

GRAEME BLUNDELL is an actor, director, producer and writer who has been associated with many pivotal moments in Australian theatre, film and television.

After working at the legendary Pram Factory and then Hoopla, he was co-executive director of the Playbox Theatre Company, associate director of the Melbourne Theatre Company, artistic director of the National Playwrights' Conference and artistic director of Kinsela's in Sydney.

He wrote the bestselling book King, co-authored a biography of painter Brett Whiteley, An Unauthorised Life, and edited and compiled Australian Theatre: Backstage with Graeme Blundell. His columns appear most frequently in The Australian and he has also written for The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Sun Herald, The Australian Women's Weekly and Luxury Travel.

Graeme Blundell’s memoir The Naked Truth, A Life in Parts has recently been published to much acclaim.
