Event 155

Why start a magazine right now, smack-bang in the middle of a global economic recession? Because ideas are what's needed at the moment to get us going again. The new Sydney Ideas Quarterly (Sydney IQ), an initiative of the University of Sydney, is doing what universities are best at doing - leading the way with fresh and challenging ideas. Sydney IQ is a quarterly online and print-ready magazine that will report and comment on new ideas that are stirring up the intellectual world. It will take its readers to all corners of the world to bring them arguments, interviews, debates and
writings on contemporary thought and culture.

Presented with the University of Sydney.
