With an insatiable appetite for travel, food and new experiences, Christine Manfield has traversed the globe in search of inspiration. Join her over dinner and enjoy recipes from Fire, a book that took her through the Middle East in search of the perfect hummus, across steamy and sensual Singapore slurping bowls of Nonya laksa, and through the tiny villages of Italy collecting recipes for the creamiest risotto.

Dinner at Universal Restaurant includes four generous courses including all wines.
