F. Scott Fitzgerald is quoted as saying, “Character is plot, plot is character”. Join experienced editor Nicola O’Shea as she shows you how character and plot are intertwined in novels, and how both are key elements in story structure.
Learn how to break manuscripts down into their key structural components and explore ideas for shaping narratives in order to maximise dramatic potential, tension and pace.
This workshop is suitable for writers who have a completed fiction manuscript to work on. Please bring a printout of your own work that you are happy to write on and cut up.
